In City Townhomes is a website for new construction townhomes in Seattle. These townhouses result from the city's emphasis on a denser population and residents' desire for fine new homes in the inner city.
Neighborhoods that were the first choice of the early settlers and succeeding waves, are once again the first choice of today's urban dwellers. This means a tearing down of the earlier peoples work, but just as theirs was a rebirth, so is today's new construction.
